Our task was to create a series of Original Video Contents that would showcase the employee journeys at Re:Cruit. We had to come up with several unique videos that not only shared the diverse perspective of different employees but also focused on why being a part of Re:Cruit is more than that meets the eye. The main challenge was to prepare a group of diverse content for a group of talented and diverse people with varying tastes, hobbies and employee journey map.
