Create is looking for one Business Development Executive (part-time) to work with us.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and evaluate customer needs
• Generating new leads by going through social media/other communication channels
• Approaching and communicating with potential clients via calls, emails or social media
• Maintaining client relations and outreach
• Attending weekly meetings and co-ordinating with your executive-in-charge

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with-

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, alternatively google docs and google sheets
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Proficiency in English
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner and passionate
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
•  

It doesn’t, never did, and never will matter what your educational qualifications are. If you have relevant experience, then it’s amazing, but not mandatory. Quite frankly, if you meet the above requirements and think you can be a part of our team, we would love to welcome you wholeheartedly.

Compensation

Create will provide you with a basic salary of BDT 5,000 a month until the end of your probationary period. Performance bonuses will be provided each quarter to those who meet their KPIs.

For starters, you get to work from home. There are no specific work hours. A performance review will be held after the successful completion of your probationary period. Depending on your performance, you may be offered a full-time position as a junior business development executive with an increased salary including job-specific benefits. Probationary Period

As per Create’s policy, our probationary period for part-time executives is 6 months. We consider all of our team members an integral part of what makes Create, amazing. As such, we would love to have you join us at the end of the probationary period as a full time employee provided a successful completion of your contract.
